Cleared Radio Tower and got the Clear Bell check, Pink Bow Check, and TM11 check, however Rocket Grunts didn't leave the building, Goldenrod Underground remained locked, and the card key Rocket Boss reappeared with the text box "Object Event".

Rocket Grunts should have disappeared after clearing radio tower, goldenrod underground should have been unlocked.
