[Linux] First support for Linux #80

Currently, The Alice Novel supports the four platforms; Windows, Android, macOS (beta) and iOS (beta). This reason is Alice Novel is based on .NET MAUI and that hasn't been supporting Linux. However, my decelopment environment is Linux, so I wanna run Alice Novel on Linux. This is very difficult issue, but I wanna it.

How to do

Using Avalonia or improve maui-linux myself.
