Accepted as bug. Will update the UG to state clearly that archived notes cannot be deleted in the next run. However we propose to reduce the severity of the bug to low for the following reasons:
1) Archived notes are meant to be referred to later, it is a feature to allow the user to have a decluttered note list. This means the user INTENDS to refer to the note sometime in the future. Otherwise the user would have already deleted it. 2) Hence, in line with the rationale of having the feature, we do not allow users to delete directly from the archived notes. 3) However if the user really wanted to delete the note, the user can unarchive the note prior to deleting.
As the reasons for archiving the note and deleting the note are incongrous, while it is plausible for a user to want to delete an archived note, we do not see it happening in many cases. Because if the note was redundant, the user should have deleted it instead of archiving it. Due to the rarity of such a case, and that only a handful of users who do not understand what the features are in complete detail would end up wanting to delete an archived note, we would like to assign a severity of low instead of medium.

Reason for disagreement: Thank you for your reply. While I agree with the rarity of it happening, this reason is only applicable in the short-term. In the long term as more and more users are using this application, their archived storage may run out for many of them. This would then cause a huge inconvenience for them if they would want to delete an archived note as the UG did not state it clearly. Therefore, I feel that this is a severity.medium bug.
For delete-n, I thought that I could delete an archived note as the UG did not specify anything. However, after trying the command on an archived note, it did not register
