Negative time codes are not properly saved #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a line containing negative time codes
2. Save
3. Move to another line then save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The line which I just moved from is expected to remain negative. But it is 
converted to positive.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using SubtitleEdit 3.3.8 on Windows 7 SP1 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
Any lines I select then leave are converted to positive value after saving.
