ASS output only one style from mkv\mks file, the other styles are missing! #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. re-code loading the styles for ass.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
only the default style, other styles got lost, I have upload the mks file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version, win 8.1 x64
