Can't bind anything up/down #24

After several hours and browsing hundreds of pages online this is my last resort and just hoping the addon creator sees it, Up/Down won't bind because they just get overwritten by 11 trying to scroll through macro books, I desperately need help...

Oh right also start/select also won't bind because they bring up the macro books too despite me unbinding them.
