7 make hourlyoptions and dailyoptions enumerable

HourlyOptions
and
DailyOptions
now implement IEnumerable and ICollection
.
It is now possible to use a
foreach
loop to get all elements in the underlying list.
Both classes now use a List
or List
instead of old List
Tests edited to match new logic
Removed constructors which took a
string
as argument so you can only add existing options now.
