[Bug]: some mobs still move when facehugged #71

Describe the bug

The Mobs listed below still have some movement when facehugged. They stay in location but they still turn their heads and bodies which throws off the facehuggers alignment

  1. camel
  2. llama
  3. trader llama

To Reproduce

1.put an egg in with one of the above mobs 2.wait for it to face hug it 3.observe the mob it will still turn its head. ...
