Random map improvements #120

  1. Random map works
  2. new way for scaling game map (sending map size from game to js by socketio and map size and scale setting by js)
  3. maybe we should give options for user to choose between 3 fixed map sizes, example: small 15x8, medium 30x16, large 45x24
