Add item and threads for timeperiod

App is currently launching queries each time it displays user to have the timeperiod.

In the future, it would have to:

• [x] launch requests on the timeperiod endpoint
• [x] store the data in a new item called period in Data Manager.

This will also avoid having queries running during the display and that the network is no longer present (see #235) !
