Configuration file environment not set in FreeBSD system service #501

Setting the configuration file variable is not enough as alignak_backend_conf in the /etc/rc.conf is not enough. ALIGNAK_BACKEND_CONFIGURATION_FILE=... must also be set!

Done and tested in the most recent versions (1.4.14)
