Backend user update by the broker module, filter notificationways #116

Currently, the Alignak backend does not handle correclty the notification ways, whereas Alignak does. As such a user update bok received by the backend module should filter the notificationways property provided by Alignak, else the configuration will not be reloaded correctly on Alignak restart
