Host/service check output and long output #296

The WebUI displays the host/service check output and long output even if they are identical. It would be better to ignore the long output if its content is identical to the output

Note that currently it seems that the long output is valued with the output when it is empty. Probably something that must be fixed in the alignak backend broker module !
