Bad overall state in host table / host overview

For a host with an 'UP' state, with all its services 'OK' except one which has never been seen yet (and passive and active check disabled).

In the Host table, the overall state icon says "host is not monitored" with a gray icon
In the host overview, the overall state icon says "Host is nope" with a gray icon

Expected: State and overall state should be green and "OK"

Is it a Web UI or a backend DB problem ? Is the backend overall state set as "Not monitored". If so, the Web UI is correct...
