Update links and reorder logos #58

Moved FAR logo first to reflect majority of authors now have FAR not CHAI affiliation.

Link directly to arXiv paper, remove our local PDF copy (be more DRY).

src/content.ts also links to /pdfs/go_attack_paper.pdf in a few places. It links to some specific sections of the paper (e.g., it links to appendix E.2) whose numberings have changed between the current arXiv version vs. the more up-to-date /pdfs/go_attack_paper.pdf, so we'll want to update the arXiv version before deleting /pdfs/go_attack_paper.pdf

Ah thanks for catching the arXiv vs PDF discrepancy, I didn't realize the PDF was more up to date. Yeah, let's aim to update arXiv release soon and put this PR on hold until then.

Went ahead and just made some changes myself. Links are now updated and logos are smaller.
