FIX==>deduplication==>Kafka==>OrderBook, stub for sending acknowledgement, matching works ok, stub for sending Execution Report. Stubs require bi-directional Kafka - matching==>Kafka==>FIX engine. The matching==>Kafka==>FIX engine side is not yet started.
