synchronize the likes shown on the blog posts and blog post comments with the likes shown on the activity stream for those respective blog posts and blog post comments... e.g. liking a blog post or a blog post comment will increase the number of likes shown on the activity stream for that item

I doubt this pull request covers every use case out there but I hope something similar can be added so that when a blog post has 110 likes it doesnt have only 3 likes shown on the activity stream. Same for comments. I was surprised to find the plugin was inconsistent and that something like this wasn't included in the plugin.

Hey @tblobaum I thoroughly tested this and because of some structures, your previous commits could not be used and even caused an error on comments part! ‌Also because many users use the current structure, which is based on the fact that each activity (post or topic updates) must be identified separately we can not publish it. But soon we will release a custom code that you can use for this case.
