Create a Slider Component for Partner Logos

## Description We need to implement a responsive slider component on our homepage that showcases the logos of our partners. The slider should be built with React for its dynamic features and styled with Tailwind CSS for consistency with our design system.

## Requirements

• The slider should be able to autoplay and also pause when hovered over.
• Should support infinite loop functionality.
• Utilize Tailwind CSS for styling to match the existing design aesthetics.
• Ensure the implementation is cross-browser compatible.

## Additional Notes

• Please make sure to create reusable components following the DRY principle.
• Use modern React features and hooks for state management if necessary.

## Acceptance Criteria

• A fully functional slider component integrated into the homepage.
• All logos must be displayed and scrollable automatically.
• The code follows best practices and coding standards.
