1.3.2b doesn't work above 1.0.2 #366

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 iPhone
2. Click Activate Phone
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Whatever happens when you activate.
Instead: "Error... You need to downgrade to 1.0.2"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.2b on Mac 10.4.11

Please provide any additional information below.

111 and 112 need downgrade first, read the help doc first
