bug: Tray icon and name not appearing #25

As can be seen here

The application's icon and name do not appear in tray. I am unaware weather it is an issue or not implemented.

Windows tested on: 11 Build tested on: 27718 from Canary channel (I cannot dualboot or fresh install a normal build to test with my current setup, but if non insider specific, should be replicatable)

it happen due to the tray icon not downloading, i'll fix it by next release.
