As a user, I can cancel my booking so that I can update my plans if they change.

•   AC1: The user can cancel their booking through their account or from the confirmation email.
•   AC2: The system confirms the cancellation and removes the booking from the system.
•   AC3: A cancellation confirmation email is sent to the user.
