IPEDS 2023-2024 cycle changes - documentation #106

1) SFA has updates about Groups etc. [Winter]

2) Fall Enrollment Retention includes students who are still students AND students who graduated really quickly --- check data file instructions to see if we need changes. [Spring]

  1. SFA is not talked about anywhere in the package or documentation; no updates needed here
  2. Fall Enrollment Retention can have the same data collection. Update the data requirements table to mention the new clarification from IPEDS
