使用pikpak复制大批量文件到本地时，经常会因为网络原因失败。 希望增加一种重试机制。

目前已经有重试功能了但是是针对每个任务的，当复制大量文件（夹）时可能会产生大量失败的任务，一个一个点重试有点费劲。希望加入一个“全部重试”按钮来解决该问题
