Create a widget to save the output CSV files of the histograms. Use the standard function from the original PERPL to do this. I have attached an example file with the format I had towards the end of the time I worked on it. Allow the user to select which histogram data they want to save.

At this time we were also saving a filtered file of the localisations. This is quite a large file and I am not sure what it is needed for later. Ask Alistair about whether this needs to be saved too.
