As a FightWaste user So I can store my own meals and ingredients I want to be able to specify where the files are stored

Create an options class and have a property which is the parent folder for meals and ingredients
Use the options class in the constructor for the processing class
It will then be used by DataAccess and FileWriter to determine where to retrieve meals and store ingredients lists
