allow to change WSE up/down button increment #11

It would of course be ideal if the plugin could work in reverse i.e. input a flow and it calculates the depth. But perhaps less work would be to allow to change the increment of the WSE up/down arrows on the fly. i.e. have another spinbox to specify the increment. This would at least allow the user to easily do it manually.

Hint for users: if you hold the control key down the increment is 10x what it is normally.
