Does not fail gracefully when trying to rename a locked file (can't reproduce) #14

Trying to rename, I got this message with a locked file: "One or more of the associated tiles appears to be in use by another program. Close the file and try again." But the Rename button was greyed out. Other files were in the process of being renamed, so I had to tidy it all up manually.

My recollection was that it wouldn't be greyed out until the rename is complete, for exactly this situation, but I guess I was imagining it.

That is how it normally works; I'm not sure how to reproduce this issue.
