Should ensure lazyrenamer starts on the screen! #15

When starting it should check whether the saved screen location is actually on screen.
Currently if you last ran lazyrenamer with an extra screen, and moved the window there, and now the extra screen is unplugged, when you start lazyrenamer again it will display off the screen.
