Report if the file has disappeared before renaming or copying #6

If all the files with the starting base name are removed before the copy or 
rename button is pushed (e.g. if they are renamed by another instance of 
LazyRenamer), this needs to be reported to the user.
And it is probably a good idea to stop the operation if the original file that 
was dragged onto LazyRenamer no longer exists (i.e. don't rename other files 
with the same name).
