feature : add a '.'(decimal) button #44

The calculator currently has support for fractional output, but has no '.'(decimal) button for fractional input. I want to add the '.' (decimal) button.

May I work on this??

@Alitindrawan24 please wait while I sort this issue out. Otherwise I would have to keep pulling from the new codebase and resolving conflict issues.
