The plugin that could be a great data saver only using data once to view image/video

Basically instead of using data twice to upload and view own file afterwards, this plugin should be able to use the data only once to upload and save the file (image, video, .txt, etc) Let's say for example if I upload a video that's 10mb, instead of using 20 mb to upload and see the video I'll only end up using 10 mb because own video will be saved on discord once uploaded like other apps This will be really useful for data saving people like me

Maybe add as well to already viewed image in chat from someone else Like If a person sent an image in dms or server chat it'll already load using data So, it'd be great if when you tap the image to fully see it, zoom or to go and download it, it won't reload the image again and use more data

And from all this for anyone that didn't understand what data means, it means wifi or mobile network data
