Title says everything, either force discord to use the phone microphone, or block hands free input.
Choosing the audio input would be the best thing, but it's probably way harder or might be impossible to do. However i know that the above is possible as Vendetta has a plugin called "Bluetooth audio fix" that does this exact thing.
