Unable to create process using 'C:\Python310\python.exe "C:\Users\youngfogo\Downloads\desktop-waifu-master\desktop-waifu-master\waifu\Src\runner.py"' Press any key to continue . . .

"I had the same error, it helped me to uninstall Python, reinstall it, and then move all the files from the location where it was installed to a folder named python310 that I created directly on the C drive."
