Is STSPIN32F0 still supported? #118

HI!

I have seen a Target call "REF_F031" in both target.h and the latest Release, and I checked the pinout on the corresponding hardware group and confirm the STSPIN32 is supported, But there seems no bootloader file for the F031 chip at the bootloader pages?

I know nowadays FPV pilots are all seeking for newer and faster MCU, but I think platform like STSPIN is still great for integrate systems like small photography drones, and also there's a new STSPIN32G4 coming out just a while ago, is there any plans on supporting that hardware? I Hope it would be supported in some days, and thanks for the great work!

Stspin was alwayse a pretty custom setup and did not have individual bootloaders on this github. if I remember correctly. The only esc's I saw with the chip Alka made himself. There were plans for them in the rcgroup forums I believe. The files I had to flash them were alwayse direct from Alka and did not support the configurator program. But that was like 2 years ago. https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/member.php?u=696658
