Consolidate default EEPROM settings #49

This proposes a Section in main.c Immediately after the changelog to Set default EEPROM settings It also has some pretty delineator lines to create easy to find sections of code that I liked in Marlin firmware

I did not test build this change, it is more of an Idea to make things easier for users/manufactures to create their own default EEPROM settings
