firmware_info is not located in flash #6

the SCT file only defines FIRMWAREVERSION but nothing for firmware_info, I don't even think it exists in the flash at all due to optimization, this problem is making it impossible to check if EEPROM needs to be updated when upgrading from FW version 2 to FW version 3, as it makes it impossible to detect if FW version 3 is the one running.

oh no, this is a problem with the V2 firmware too, anything built by Keil is missing the metadata
