[BUG] MKVmerge temp folder could not be opened for reading: open file error #109

After getting neav1e portable, latest version, for some reason, even on default settings after a fresh redownload, it cannot encode video, only popping up that annoying error. Is there any fix?

Please provide the displayed error, preferrably also the log file located at the output path.
