Admittedly I may be misunderstanding something about SVT-AV1 here but googling didn't help.
I was attempting to test different Speed/Constant Quality combinations to run through VMAF and find a sweet spot for encode time and file size. However when I started I noticed that every file was coming out the same, regardless of triple checking the Constant Quality on the outputs. It didn't matter if I set the Constant Quality to 14 or 63, they're all the same file size and bitrate in the end. I also tried enabling Advanced settings to set the -qp flag there just in case there was a bug with the slider but it's the same result. Pic is just a sample of files with their names set as their settings (the one that has a slightly smaller file size was due to accidentally changing the audio encode settings. The resulting video track bitrate is still identical)
