stable release #1983

It's fascinating to see how fast the project is evolving and even in its beta stage this might be the most advanced and capable agentic development platform. However, despite all the advancements, there is still no stable release. I know the project still has a long way to go and with continuous development, there are always constant bug issues. But there are many functionalities that work.

It would be great if there is a stable version minus the experimental features where everything works as expected with detailed descriptions; and if it's possible to have an app image, that would be the cherry on top.

the current tags don't specify the differences making it difficult to choose. You guys definitely noticed the performance degradation of codeAct1.3 from 1.0 which is most likely due to the integration of the new features. while you guys fix it, it would be great to choose an older version as that's producing better performance.
