Convert Flask app to FastAPI #303

This PR converts the Flask application to FastAPI for better performance and type safety. Changes include:

Replace Flask imports with FastAPI
Convert webhook signature verification to use FastAPI dependency injection
Update webhook endpoint to use async/await pattern
Fix error handling to use FastAPI HTTPException
Update server to use uvicorn
Fix parameter types and function calls
