Does all users have permission to all photos? #28

Does all users have permission to all photos? or certain users will be restricted from downloading the image?

Four main groups:

  1. Ability to view all, download, modify, and upload. (This is what most creators will have)
  2. Ability to view all, and download (This is what most users will have.)
  3. Ability to view all.
  4. Ability to view only photo linked to (this will be a sharable public link, not a user account.).

They were not on phase 1. I didnt notice. Thanks
