Licensing and attribution #3

For each photo we need to be able to indicate:

  1. Whether the photographer and/or models has signed an agreement with us;
  2. Whether we need to give attribution;
  3. Whether someone owns the copyright other than us;
  4. Whether it is stock photography

  2. Attribution field should a normal text-box.
  3. Should be there an option to check all the photos of a copyright owner?
  4. The stock photography field should be a checkbox. RIght?

For licensing and attribution we need checkboxes for each. Here's the format:

- [ ]  Copyright owned by AALP
- [ ]  Photographer/model release signed and on file
- [ ]  Purchased stock photo
- [ ]  Must provide attribution

They should be searchable.

By saying that "They should be searchable". Do you mean that when the copyright owner's name is searched it should show this image in the search result?
