Fixed Batoto not working on the new AJAX loader they use. It's not as smooth as it was before, but that is since we can no longer simply just grab the image URL.
Fixed MangaFox not always grabbing the image correctly. Also made sure images on the manga list aren't loaded (since they aren't needed).
Added a .gitattributes file to help normalize line endings for any future pull requests (This is the reason why the PR has so many changed files).
