Fixed MangaStream mirror #22

Also user needs to reload last read chapter to have AMR track it again since MangaStream changed mangas url. This fixes #21.

This didn't fix the problem. The mirror stopped working since this update. In the mirror list, Mangastream appears with a red highlight and says ERROR in the language column.

I know. Although there is a difference on what is in the official mirrors to what is here.. in line 66, column 50, there should be a '\' (as here in the mirrors), but an '/' appears in the injected *.js... that may be causing the issue.

Something funny happened, but I didn't touch that line, now it should be fine.
