Fixes MangaStream url change, and 503 errors #29

Fixes #28 and #30, added a new website to the entry (it can be removed and replace the old readms.com for the reamds.net) and added the 'net' option in the 'isMe' function.

Now it fixes also the MangaFox 503 errors.
