Doesn’t recognize the changelog of astroid/Pylint #47

AllMyChanges “Git Repository” downloader fails to find the changelog of astroid. (It does find debian/changelog, but that’s not what I want.) Their ChangeLog file is fairly well structured and maybe it can be supported by AllMyChanges.

The same changelog format is used by the related Pylint project.

Works if I explicitly specify ChangeLog:plain on the “Tune Parser” tab.
