I went ahead and added bookmarks to ArcViewer. This is the second time I'm opening it because I opened the first one on the main branch rather than the dev branch. mb.

Anyone wanting to add anything related to _customData or customData in the future will have a much easier job.
The bookmark icon is the pause icon, cut in half. I am not a graphic designer, and could not make anything better. It looks pretty terrible.
This has been tested on v2 and v3 maps though there could still be some errors that slipped by.
There is an error on launch that I couldn't figure out how to fix. Doesn't seem to affect functionality. Code contains a FIXME.
