Preview a map with Precise Laser Rotation ex: https://beatsaver.com/maps/3ef8b
Go to a part where Precise Laser Rotation is used
Watch the rotation stutter

Expected behavior:

Rotating lights should be smooth

Build Info:

Platform: OS: macOS 15.1 Sequoia DP1 ARM64. Browser: Google Chrome 126 Stable
Version: v0.63
