Current Publication Process Doesn't Work for Multiple People #13

After someone else publishes to AllStarLink/allstarlink.github.io, it's somehow impossible to pull/rebase that with a local copy. The local copy has to be deleted and the repo recloned before publication will work.

The process documented in the readme works well. Those who update and review the manual locally already have the ability to publish at their fingertips.
