chan_echolink: Memory corruption #248

This is memory corruption, possibly caused by chan_echolink.

I will take a look at this. I think we overflowed something in send_info.

@tsawyer can you or the user recompile the system with malloc_debug enabled?

I have made a few changes that will be coming soon. This system has a large number of links. This option may help if the problem is originating from another location.
